Couple work in same lab to fight against coronavirus

Chen Wei and his wife Liu Yi are both senior associate technicians at Liuzhou Center for Disease Prevention and Control in south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. After the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, Chen was transferred to the center’s biosafety group. This group is responsible for testing involving nucleic acid detection of the virus – the closest front to the virus.

Liu knows what danger her husband is facing, so she hopes she can work in the same group with Chen to relieve his burden. >>Full Story
