| Chang'an tourist train starts operation along the Silk Road |
The Chang'an train is a special tourist train traveling along the Silk Road. It sets out from Xi'an City and passes through a series of major scenic spots along the Chinese part of the Silk Road, including Mogao Caves, Mingsha Mountain, Yueya Springs, the Heaven Lake of Tian Shan, Kanas, Five-Colored Shoal, and Turpan during the 11-day trip. The train will offer tourists an opportunity to enjoy rich history, beautiful natural scenery and unique ethnic culture along the Silk Road.
The train stops at stations close to the famous scenic spots, from where the tourists can take air-conditioned tourist buses to the scenic spots. The train will stay at the station waiting for them.
