Foreign diplomats attend the 10th Lanting Forum in Beijing, Oct. 29, 2014. Initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China in December 2010, the Lanting Forum is a platform for communication and exchanges between government, the business community, academia, media and the public.
