Yang zhou’s legs was amputated after he was saved from the debris in Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008. He encountered Xu Yan, a 26 years old woman who was also an amputee in an online forum. Xu Yan’s husband had left her and she has a six-year-old daughter. They got married on Dec. 25, 2014 after they knew each other for three months. After their story was published on newspaper in January 2015, a wedding photo shop in Chengdu offered to take a set of wedding photos for them free of charge.
