
NANCHANG, June 19 -- Three passengers and a conductor are missing after a minibus fell into a river in east China's Jiangxi Province on Thursday afternoon, local authorities said.
The accident happened at about 3 p.m. in Anyuan District, Pingxiang City when the minibus lost control after colliding with a truck and plunged into the river, according to the police.
The driver and another passenger were rescued and are receiving treatment at a local hospital.
The bus was lifted out of the river at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Rescue is still under way.
