According to China's university employment competitiveness ranking released by the artificial intelligence company iPIN recently, Tsinghua University tops the list, followed by Peking University. Of the top ten on the list, seven are located in Beijing or Shanghai.
The ranking, developed from "China's university salary ranking" released by the company a month before, received mixed reviews from netizens. Yang Yang, CEO of iPIN.com, said that the salary ranking was based on data from 40 million college graduates from recruitment and executive search companies. The iPIN.com database is currently the largest and most reliable employment information base of college graduates in China.
Yang Yang pointed out that salary ranking is greatly impacted by local economic development level, and such results do not truly reflect the real employment competitiveness of the universities. Therefore, iPIN followed up with the China university employment competitiveness ranking.
