| Several students majoring in bioscience and engineering in Fuzhou University in southeast China’s Fujian province invented a micro-ecological fish bottle which has a stable ecosystem. The bottle contains basic elements of a food cycle, including fishes, green plants, snails and microorganism, so the fish barely needs feeding or changing water. With the support of Fuzhou University, the fish bottle has been put into market — students of the R&D team have established a company to sell their products. (Xinhua/Jiang Kehong) |
