A proposal at the graduation ceremony definitely can be a way to make the most special moment in one's life.
On July 18, 2015, graduate Ying Shiyi from Beijing proposed to his fellow student and partner of two years, Taiwanese Yu Yen Ou at University of Southampton in the UK. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Don Nutbeam commented that this was the most romantic graduation ceremony he had ever attended.
