
The publishing group Pearson announced that it would be selling the Financial Times, the yellow stained newspaper popular in both the US and Europe. Japanese media firm Nikkei announced they would purchase the Financial Times for $1.3 billion USD. Pearson is reportedly looking to invest more in education, the primary driver of their revenue.
