BEIJING, Aug. 3 -- Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao will visit Singapore from August 8 to 10 as a special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang on Monday.
During his visit, Li will attend celebrations for the country's 50th year of independence.
