Logos Hope, the world's largest floating book fair, is currently berthed at Ocean Terminal, Harbor City in Hong Kong until this weekend, before setting sail to Africa.
It has been in the city since July 26, 2015, bringing with her 400 voluntary crew members from across the globe.
Logos Hope offers an expanded selection of over 5,000 titles at affordable prices to readers at all ages. Books include children's titles, academic texts, dictionaries, and atlases. The books cover a wide range of subjects including science, sports, hobbies, and family life.
At the same time, a number of international events are also available on board with the aim of giving visitors an experience of cultural diversity, as well as spreading knowledge, help and hope to people around the world.
Logos Hope is operated by an international charitable organization registered in Germany. Since 1970, the organization has welcomed over 44 million visitors aboard the vessel in over 150 countries and territories worldwide.
As Logos Hope prepares to set sail to Myanmar, visitors in Hong Kong can buy a 100 HKD book voucher to give underprivileged kids there access to literature.
