Wen Siqi, from southwest China's Chongqing, got her diver certificate from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) last year when she was 12. Under the influence of her father, a dive enthusiast, Wen began to learn diving from an early age. According to PADI, people of 12 or above can apply for the open water diver certificate. So last year, Wen got her certificate in Malapascua of the Philippines.
