Living at a local couple's house, Xi chatted a lot with the couple's daughter and the girl was amazed to know that Xi had watched a series of US movies in China. Xi brought a bottle of medicinal liquor as gift for his US host and received popcorn when he left.
Xi said about the visit: "So far we have learned a lot, seen a lot and achieved a lot. The impression of the US is very good, I think. We have seen a lot of your advanced technology. The people here are very warm and very friendly. They too have left a very deep impression on us."
