As a new popular tourist resort located in Miyun County in northern Beijing, Heilongtan (Black Dragon Pond) is home to 18 lagoons and three waterfalls with a height of 220 meters. The scenic spot is a deep, four-kilometer-long valley. In the winter, the area turns into an ice wonderland, with the waterfalls turning into beautiful icefalls. (China.org.cn/Yang Dong)
