
SYDNEY, Feb 22 -- “Cultures of China, Festival of Spring” 2016 was staged in Sydney Town Hall, Australia on February 21 to celebrate the Chinese New Year of Monkey with overseas Chinese in Australia.
Featuring many famous Chinese singers, “Cultures of China, Festival of Spring” brought the most extravagant audio and visual impact to the local audience members. Through the familiar rhymes, all Australian Chinese reminisced and learned more about the popular culture of today’s China.
“Cultures of China, Festival of Spring” is a series of international cultural events initiated by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and China Overseas Exchange Association since 2009 to strengthen the bond amongst Overseas Chinese and promote the traditional cultural heritage around the world.
