In Lancang County, the delegation went to Laodabao Village, populated predominantly by Lahu people, to watch the national dances and songs created and performed by the villagers; the delegation also paid a visit to the Tea Mountain and ventured deep into the tea forest there to learn more about the history of Pu'er's tea culture, and the harmonious coexistence of human and nature on Jingmai Mountain made every member of the delegation long for a life as enjoyable and peaceful as can be found in the mountainous region. The delegation expressed the hope that the Ancient Tea Plantations of Jingmai Mountain will succeed in acquiring the status of UNESCO World Heritage Site as soon as possible.
