
FUZHOU, April 7, 2016 -- Actresses perform in a rehearsal of "The Peony Pavillion," a drama by Ming-dynasty dramatist Tang Xianzu (1550-1616), in Fuzhou, east China's Jiangxi Province, April 6, 2016. This year marks the 400th birth of famed dramatist Tang Xianzu (1550-1661). The drama troups in Fuzhou, the birthplace of Tang Xianzu, organized the rehearsal of "The Four Dreams of Linchuan," a collection of four major Tang Xianzu dramas including "The Story of the Purple Hairpin," "Record of Southern Bough," "Record of Handan" and "The Peony Pavillion."
