
CHANGSHA, April 21, 2016 -- A platform is submerged by rising water on the Xiangjiang River in Changsha, capital of central China's Hunan Provinceon, April 21, 2016. Due to heavy rainfall, water level of Xiangjiang's Changsha section has kept rising to 32.34 meters by Thursday morning, higher than the designed level of 26.35 meters for the kiloton ships.
