KRANJ, April 22, 2016 -- Mihael aged 6 reads with the help of a Reading Education Assistance dog, a Tibetan Terrier named Shanti and its handler Ljubica Vouk Kovac of the dog therapy society Tacke Pomagacke in the city library in Kranj, Slovenia, April 13, 2016. Reading Education Assistance Dog (READ) program is a special form of dog therapy programs. In Slovenia, the dog therapy society Tacke Pomagacke started the program five years ago. Now the children's reading sessions with dogs are held each week throughout the year all over Slovenia.
