
NANNING, July 1 -- A methane gas leak from a factory in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Tuesday morning has seen 23 people hospitalized.
The accident happened around 9 a.m. on Weizhou Island under Beihai City. The 23, all local villagers, were sent to hospital around 3 p.m. None of them are in a critical condition, according to the city government.
The cause of the incident is being investigated.
