Pan Yong is the only policeman in Lanba police station in Guiyang, southwest China's Guizhou province.

Pan suffered from the glaucoma and cataract in 2002. After one year, he almost lost the eyesight and can only felt the light. Since then, his wife Tao Hongying, a 46-year-old security guard in railway station, has walked with him and conducted security check at the entrance of railway station every day.

With the help of his wife, Pan Yong created a miracle - no criminal cases, no public security cases and no traffic accidents happened in his working area over 10 years.
