A monkey came to a residential building in Shunde city, Guangdong province a month ago.

The surprising thing is that the monkey often cradles a little cat in its arms and wonders around as if there were no one else present.

The cat’s mother failed to get back her baby after several fights with the 60-cm long monkey.

The iron ring on the monkey's neck shows it was probably raised by someone before. Local residents said it was much fatter one month ago when it first appeared at the residential building.
