

On March 23, 2016, the modernized Nescafé Coffee Center built in Pu'er by Nestlé was brought into use. According to sources, the center incorporates training, technical support, experiments, modernized storage, and other functions into a single facility, aiming to make sure that all coffee beans locally grown and collected will be processed; the center adopts strict international standards when it comes to purchasing raw material and running tests, and is expected to further improve Yunnan's standing and competitiveness in the international coffee market.
