PARIS, April 1 -- The police department of the sixth district of Paris confirmed to Xinhua on Friday that an explosion took place in its district, firefighter on their way.
According to local media, the explosion was caused by gas leak in an apartment.
Five people were slightly injured, French media BFMTV reported.
