| Crops are damaged by rainstorms and hailstones in a region bordering Kazakhstan in Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region from July 2 to July 4. The region is under the administration of the tenth division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC), which is a special social organization that handles its own administrative and judicial affairs within the reclamation areas.
