"This is the first time that three of my families have swum to the railway station," said Mr. Peng, a man who recently took a train in Jinhua city, east China's Zhejiang province.
A rainstorm on the night of July 21 left much of the city submerged, causing citizens inconvenience. When arriving at the railway overpass, Mr. Peng's family was almost late for the train, so he carried his wife and daughter on the back and swam to the railway station.
