A flight to Urumqi takes off at Koktokay Airport in Fuyun County of Altay Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Aug. 1, 2015. Koktokay Airport received its first flight from the regional capital Urumqi on Saturday. Koktokay, around 400 km from Urumqi, has abundant mineral and tourist resources.
