

On April 10, 2016, tourists can leisurely pick tea leaves at Luosigou Tea Plantation in Chengguan Town, Baokang County, Xiangyang City.
From January to March 2016, tourists made a total of 423,600 visits to Baokang County, a 20.96% increase from the same period of the previous year; the county obtained 412 million yuan in revenues from tourism, a 24.85% increase from the same period of 2015. In recent years, Baokang County has combined its tea and tourism industries to boost its economic development, setting in motion a tea leaves picking-centric sightseeing tour that incorporates sightseeing at plantations, tea leaves picking experience, tea art shows, leisure, enjoyment and purchase of tea.
