
Maojing Fortress
Built in 1882, Maojing Fortress is known as the Potala Palace of Fujian province. The fort is located in Youxi County, Sanming, and features a number of unique local design elements. The fort is 105 meters in width and 60 meters in length, covering an area of about 6,300 square meters. Wood and stone carvings can be found throughout the fort.
